[CAD] Destruction Derby League: Registration

So here is the registration thread for the [CAD] Destruction Derby League. As I have said before, this will be, as far as I know, an unique way of signing up to a Live For Speed league. So here is the registration form (please put your race number as two digits. Also, team tags and numbers are not now accepted in the nickname):

Now you may be wondering "Hang on a second, what about car choice?" Well, and this is the uniqueness, the number you choose will relate to the car you will drive. After you register, you will receive a PM from me telling you the car you have and the skin to use.PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE NAME OF THE SKIN, as the skins will probably be uploaded with the name that they have. If the skin isn't uploaded, then just upload it (as I have no slots left )!

To reduce the levels of RB4 dominance, there will be a limit to the numbers of each car that will be in the league (FXO/RB4/XRT). These numbers are as follows:

FXO: 11 cars - ALL SLOTS ARE FULL
RB4: 10 cars - ALL SLOTS ARE FULL
XRT: 11 cars - ALL SLOTS ARE FULL

Anyone who registers a number to a car when the numbers of that car have been exceeded, so if there are 10 RB4s already and someone registers an eleventh RB4 number, then they will either have to change to another car or go on the reserve list. Please do not reveal your car, as we don't want people to find out what you're driving
