Yep, not as much now but when I first came across Sponge I want blamed for blocking, but I was told by others it is allowed if you are on your roof...

Either its on your wheels or on your roof.

but surely having cars stay on their roofs etc is OK as it adds to the DD spirit? If they're in a place guaranteed to cause upset sure spec them, but otherwise leave them be

We dont care if theyre on the roof on track, but i surtenly dont agree with (for example) lay on there roof on south city in the small passage, thats just lame and screwing people's race up..
