He got reported just a few minutes before you posted (https://chaosaddicted.forumotion.com/reporting-people-f9/chinese-name-t138.htm) but this incident looks to have been caused in the other thread because flayor failed at spinning out gotspeed and then decided to go out of his way to wreck gotspeed. A quote from flayor in one of the replays is this: "i dont ruin races i just crash fools like you". Seems like he's the fool.

flayor is banned for a week (7 days) for breaking the rules 3 times.
