chl will get no warnings as he was really breaking any rules; he got stuck on a barrier and was trying to get off.

Yeah was allso my conclusion at first :-), but then again, he stayed there a whole round, so can be hard to judge, one round shoud be enough to notice you cant get anywhere

Well he wasn't blocking the whole path so there's no need to give him warnings for it.
