Reprting brisca and sibbs225 (illegal stuffs)

LFS & ingame name of the person: Brisca!/fwj515 and TMSibbs225/Sibbs225

reason: for sibbs, he was going at high speed in a corner and crash me, i was not out but he tried to spin me and then, he block me against a wall. For Brisca, high speed crash in a corner.

After watching the replay:

Sibbs: Sibbs is now on his last warning for those unneeded, and frankly over-reactionary, moves on you.
EDIT: After receiving a replay on LFSForum, Sibbs is now banned for a week. Any more of his rulebreaking after his ban expires and he will be banned for even longer.

Brisca: I can't see where Brisca did the high speed hit, but Brisca is on his last warning as well after trying to block the road and taking people out. As with Sibbs, any more rulebreaking will mean that Brisca will be banned.

Also, you inadvertently caught someone admitting to modding one of their car's .vob files, so the next time that person comes on the server, he will receive a permanent ban. Plus, as he was in the DD League, he will be kicked out of that as well.
EDIT ON THIS POINT: I had a talk to the guy in question, and since he admitted using the .vob and didn't deny it, he has been banned for 2 months. His DD league place has been suspended, meaning that he can join the league when he is unbanned.
