After watching the replays:

Aston one: Marcy clearly does a huge ram on Wario when aiming for you, although the other two incidents (Marcy's second and the one with James) weren't actually rams, more like hard spins.

Fern Bay one: Obvious take out from Marcy going the wrong way on you because you put him out, followed by persistent hitting from Marcy.

Result: Marcy banned for 7 days due to receiving 3 replays about him (the other one is in this thread). Any more of this and he will be banned for a month.
