slider86 was permanently banned a few days ago so there's no need to have included his replay.
Due to the number of replays you've provided, I will not be able to give detailed outcomes until later.

So here are the outcomes.

c.a.D.J.'s incident was between him and Phil, so you really shouldn't have got involved by providing this replay. However, c.a.D.J. is now on a first warning for the pretty stupid hit at 2:31, and will be told next time he is in the server that there are rules (it looked like he thought there were none)

d1dodo has been banned before, and from this replay he'll get banned again. He broke the rules three times in that one replay, and following the ban system, this means a permanent ban.

dazmyster's replay isn't that much of a big deal to be honest. He didn't go fullspeed into you and ruin your race altogether, but the incident that followed ruined it. He is now on a first warning.

DD666 has also been banned before, and the first replay had an incident between him and Rasse which you got caught up in. The second replay sees him try to wreck you but fails. He will now be permanently banned. Also, Backtrack3d is on a first warning for ramming DD666 in the pit area.

Foorti's replay, like dazmyster's, didn't result in him breaking any rules. This seemed to have been caused by an incident in the race before with Husi (hege), although it looks like I didn't see this incident.

garytc78 is now on a first warning for blocking the road; it seemed to have been caused by an earlier crash, which, if he was out for revenge, is a bit pussy.

jamppa.33 is also on a first warning for that unneeded hit which seems to have been caused by nothing.

M16hTy M. is already on a second warning, and following this replay, he is now banned from the server for 3 weeks (21 days), which is a really surprising thing to see for an Xcite team member.

Martinss is on a second warning for those two blocks, caused by nothing it seems.

slider86 was permanently banned a few days back anyway, but these two replays you've provided would have got him banned anyway. In my opinion, it's good to see him gone from the server.

spike100 has already been banned, and is now banned again, this time for a month (31 days) for that absolutely unneeded hit on P.Wilén.

Timoff is already on a month's ban, but that incident was not caused by him; seems like he forgot his LFS was still running and forgot to spectate, so no action will be taken.

univager's incident isn't that much of a deal either. It's just a hard speed hit. So nothing will be done about this one.

And finally, xtremeracer83 is on a first warning for that blocking manoeuvre.
