After watching these replays, here's the outcome:

I didn't quite understand why you wanted one of them banned. Sure, yeager was being rude, blocked the road twice and did a full speed hit on you, but Garden_Of_Eve didn't do anything that broke the rules, so I'm a bit confused as to why you want him banned. Anyway, regardless of that, yeager was clearly trying to annoy people, and for breaking the rules seven times, he has got a permanent ban. Garden_Of_Eve didn't break any rules in the replay, so no action will be taken against him.

After watching these replays, foris clearly over-reacted to being hit (in both replays) and so decided to ruin other people's fun, breaking the rules eleven times!!! in the process. This is a permanent ban. \\\ Speed 12, who has already been banned for a week, has now had his ban upgraded to a permanent ban as well, for breaking the rules four times in this replay, which takes the total of rule breaks to seven, which means a perm ban.
